Tovo comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a paid plan isn’t right for your team, you can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of being charged — and you can request it instantly below.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re on a paid plan (Pro or Business) and you’re not happy, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of being charged — no questions asked. The Free plan has nothing to refund.
How instant refunds work
Refunds are self-serve. Sign in with the Slack account on your Tovo workspace, tell us briefly why, and our system looks up your payment with Paddle (our payment processor) while a Claude AI assistant verifies the request against your account. Clear-cut, in-policy requests are approved and submitted automatically — no waiting on a support queue.
Anything unusual — a request outside the window, a possible billing discrepancy (for example a double charge or the wrong amount), or anything that needs a closer look — is passed to a person instead. Either way you’ll get an email.
Tovo bills through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle reviews refunds before releasing funds, so an approved refund typically lands back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, with a confirmation from Paddle.
What happens to your subscription
A full refund cancels your subscription and returns the workspace to the Free plan right away, so you won’t be billed again. You can re-subscribe at any time from Slack with /tovo upgrade.
